Apple Authorized ServiceYou can drop off your Mac for service, Schedule an appointment with us or through Apple Support / Apple Support ISO APP. Onsite Service is also available, call for details.
Repair Service
Repairs take place right in our repair facility and turnaround time is typically 1-3 working days without parts, and 3-4 working days with parts. The technician will communicate with you thru the stages of your repair. Most Apple parts are shipped by Apple overnight resulting in quick turnaround times. If you have a time critical repair please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Service Check-In
There is a minimum deposit due at check in for your Mac without AppleCare. There is no check-in deposit for Mac’s under AppleCare. The minimum charge deposit is applied to your labor charges.
Diagnostics
We will take a look at your device to isolate the problem. From our experience we know it takes 30 -40 minutes on average to diagnose most problems. At that point, we will call you to discuss what we have found to be the problem, your repair options and the cost of the repair options.
